BeetCommunity was born in Palermo to offer a more human and responsible way to travel, live and work remotely. Our Coliving Palermo project brings together private rooms, shared workspaces and local experiences so that every stay creates real connections with the city and the people who live here.
Sustainable tourism means staying longer, moving at a slower pace and supporting the local economy. Through the principles of circular economy and sharing economy, guests share spaces, skills, resources and everyday moments. This reduces waste and unnecessary consumption while transforming hospitality into an active community experience rooted in Palermo.

BeetCommunity welcomes remote workers, digital nomads, creatives and people looking for a more connected way to experience Palermo. You can come alone and immediately become part of an international local community.
Is coworking included with a coliving stay?
Yes. Guests have 24/7 access to the coworking spaces, and every room is designed to make remote work easy. Meeting spaces can also be arranged when you need more privacy for calls.
Where are the coliving spaces located?
Both BeetCommunity locations are in central Palermo. Botanical Garden is a historic villa surrounded by a shared garden, while Via Agrigento offers an intimate townhouse experience close to the city centre.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. BeetCommunity is designed for flexible medium and long stays. Monthly options include utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, linen changes, coworking and access to community activities.
